Championship Usage Points Schedule

Conformation Championships

Only Award Points count towards Conformation Championships. Award Points are points that have been earned through conformation shows. Below is a short list of the AP that is awarded by conformation shows. For a complete catalog of AP values see Award Points.

A Major Win is classified as any individual placement that earns more than 25 AP. Only the AP from that specific placement should be counted. For example, if your dog places first in his class (4 AP), Winners (15 AP), BOB (25 AP), and G2 (10 AP) you may only count the 25 AP from the BOB placement towards your Major Win record.

Offsite shows are any show that is not hosted by the Dog Fanciers Guild, Player hosted shows are considered Offsite shows.

CACIB or Reserve CACIB - 5 AP

Best in Show (BIS) - 35 AP*

Reserve Best In Show (rBIS) - 30 AP*

Group First (G1) - 25 AP*

Group Second (G2) - 10 AP

Group Third (G3) - 7 AP

Group Fourth (G4) - 5 AP

Best of Breed (BOB) - 25 AP*

Best of Opposite Sex (BOS) - 20 AP

Best of Winners (BOW) - 15 AP

Winner's Dog/Bitch - 15 AP

Class First (C1) - 4 AP

Class Second - 3 AP

Class Third - 2 AP

Class Fourth - 1 AP

Total of 500 APs earned through conformation shows
No fewer than 100 AP must be earned via major win

GCh

Grand Champion

Awards 2,000 DFG$

Total of 1000 AP earned through conformation shows
No fewer than 200 AP must be earned via a major win
200 UP must be awarded from effort based competitions

AmCh

American Champion

Awards 3,000 DFG$

Total of 1500 AP earned through conformation shows
No fewer than 300 AP must be earned via a major win
300 AP must be awarded through effort based competitions
At least 2 different judges should have participated in evaluating an American Champion

iCHAMP

International Champion

Awards 4,500 DFG$

Total of 2000 AP earned through conformation shows
No fewer than 400 AP must be earned via a major win
400 AP must be awarded through effort based competitions
400 AP must be earned through shows offsite
A total of 4 different judges should have participated in evaluating an International Champion in a conformation show or event

sCHAMP

Supreme Champion

Awards 6,500 DFG$

Total of 2500 AP earned through conformation shows
No fewer than 550 AP must be earned via a major win
No fewer than 1000 AP must be earned through effort based competitions
500 AP must be earned in offsite competitions
A total of 5 judges should have participated in evaluating a Supreme Champion in a conformation show or event

UniCHAMP

Universal Champion Conformation Dog

Awards 9,000 DFG$

Total of 3000 AP earned through conformation shows
No fewer than 1000 AP must be earned via a major win
No fewer than 1500 AP must be earned through effort based competitions
600 AP must be earned in offsite competitions
A total of 6 judges should have participated in evaluating a Universal Champion in a conformation show or event
